I Refund Policy and Process:

something doesn’t go as expected, our refund policy ensures a smooth and fair resolution:
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.
If you experience any issue
with your order, please contact us within this period — we’ll be happy to assist you.
- Refunds are applicable only for missing items, defective products, or damage that occurs during transit.
- If you choose to exchange an item due to a size mismatch or if you’ve received
a defective product, we’ll gladly provide a replacement free of cost.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is out of
stock, our team will contact you to discuss the best possible resolution.
- To help us serve you better, please record a short video while unboxing
your package. This helps us verify any damage, missing, or incorrect items.
- The video will be considered valid only if
it clearly shows the shipping label affixed by our company on the package.
- Refund or replacement requests cannot be processed without this video proof.
- Once we receive and verify your video, our team will get in touch
with you promptly to initiate the refund or replacement process.
- Products purchased during any sale or promotional event are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- In special cases where a return is accepted for a sale item,
a voucher or store credit will be issued instead of a monetary refund.
II. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans can change!
- Orders can be canceled any time before they are shipped.
- Some orders are processed and shipped almost immediately after being placed. In such cases, it
may not always be possible to cancel the order once it has entered the shipping stage.
- If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed but before dispatch, a small cancellation fee of ₹99
will apply. This amount will be adjusted from your refund total.
III. Shipping Notifications
- You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp message once your order has been dispatched.
- The message will include all relevant details about your shipment for easy tracking.
IV. Delivery Timeline
- The estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier service.
V. Refund Process
- You will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
- If your request is approved, the refund will be processed,
and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method
of payment (for example, your credit card) within the specified processing period.
VI. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- A 80 COD charge applies and must be paid in advance when placing the order.
- This amount is non-refundable in the following cases: -
- The parcel is rejected by the buyer at the time of delivery, or the buyer is unavailable at the given address.
- The buyer has provided an incorrect contact number, address, or pin code.
VII. Exchanges (If Applicable)
- Exchanges are offered only for defective or damaged products.
- Minor variations in color or design from the
product photos on our website are normal and not eligible for exchange.
- If the same product is available in stock, we’ll gladly send a replacement.
- If the item is out of stock, our team will contact you to discuss the next best solution.
VIII. Shipping (Returns)
- Please mail your item to the return address provided by our customer support team.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- If your refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
IX. Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
- Check your bank account again to confirm whether the refund has been credited.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed.
- Check with your bank, as processing times can vary between institutions.
